New Business Development Team

Brad Godsil, Director of Sales and Service

Since joining Portco Packaging in 2009, I have held various positions in Sales, Planning, Scheduling, Pricing, and Purchasing before accepting my current role as Director of Sales and Service. With 15 years of experience in the flexible packaging industry, I demonstrate a passion for building strong customer partnerships based on honesty, transparency, and a commitment to providing on-time, quality material with the highest level of customer service.

Ioly Alagoz, Vice President of Multiwall

I was born in Millville, NJ, and grew up in Gervais, OR. At an early age, I took a position as a press operator at an onion and burlap potato bag manufacturer, which eventually sold, leading to a multiwall paper bag manufacturing facility in Beaverton, OR. After 10 years, I moved to Portco Packaging and have been with the company for 29 years. I now hold the role of VP of Multiwall. My wife Mary and I have three sons: Greg, with his wife Sandy and their two boys Ivan and Anthony, who live in Silverton, OR; Simon, with his wife Tanya and their two daughters Nadia and Livia; and our youngest, Alex, who was tragically killed in a motor vehicle accident at age 19, and his life is celebrated every June 5th, the date of his passing. I love the outdoors, fishing, hunting, and camping with my family. After a day of work, I enjoy unwinding in the yard, gardening, or making dinner with Mary.

Tracy Moore, Sales & New Business Development

I am an outgoing individual with over 16 years of experience in the flexible packaging and multi-wall bag industry. I believe that business is about creating relationships with existing and new companies, providing opportunities to build strong partnerships, not just sales. When I’m not at Portco, I enjoy being out on the ranch with my husband, tending to our beef cattle, horses, and dogs.

Account Managers

Rochelle Bonebrake, Senior Account Manager

Serving as the Senior Account Manager at Portco, I manage the Account Manager team as we strive to exceed our customers’ needs and expectations. With over 30 years in the printing industry and 8+ years at Portco, my nurturing, obsessive nature ensures our customers feel seen, heard, and understood every day. When I am out of the office, you’ll find me enjoying the beautiful Pacific Northwest on hiking trails, boating, and camping with my husband and our 125lb Rottie & Lab mix, Kingston.

Alexis Conway, Account Manager

I started at Portco in 2020 in our production department and am currently a member of our account management team. I strive to give my customers the best experience possible, and we all benefit from my hands-on experience in producing our products. When I am not at work, I love spending time with my family and enjoying the great outdoors.

Stefanie Weaver, Account Manager

I am a first-generation college graduate who brings a variety of experiences to my role as an Account Manager at Portco. I am a lifelong learner and am currently learning Spanish. I enjoy quiet time in nature and spoiling other people's children.

Celeste Baricevic, Account Manager

I have spent over 30 years in the flexible packaging world, with the majority of my time advocating for customers. I’ve held the position of Account Manager at Portco since 2018. In my spare time, I enjoy being near the water, reading, gardening, and showing my Doberman Pinscher.
